Michael A. Russillo, P.E.

Michael A. Russillo, P.E., is a co-founder and the President of Cobiax USA Inc.

Prior to the formation of Cobiax USA, Mr. Russillo was a founding partner and served as the President of Barker Post-tensioning Inc.  A lifelong career in the concrete industry has brought countless experiences along with many occasions to cooperate and work with a large variety of architects, engineers, contractors and owner/developers during the planning and completion of multiple building projects. 

Michael is a licensed Professional Engineer and holds a BSCE from Northeastern University and an MBA from Boston College.

Charlie Caruso

Charlie Caruso is a co-founder and Director of Cobiax USA Inc.

Mr. Caruso has been instrumental in bringing Cobiax USA from a pilot project at Harvard University in 2007 to the tremendous success the company has achieved in North America. For nearly three decades, Mr. Caruso has served to ensure reliable service performance on reinforced concrete structural design and construction projects of nearly every scope including more than a dozen projects involving voided concrete slab systems.

A proud Veteran of Foreign Wars, Mr. Caruso holds a degree in Business from Fisher College and is an active member of the Concrete Reinforcing Steel Institute (CRSI).

Michael Mota, Ph.D., P.E.

Michael Mota, Ph.D., P.E., SECB, FASCE, FACI, FSEI is Vice President & Director of Engineering.

Dr. Mota brings a wealth of reinforced concrete system design expertise and experience to Cobiax USA, including more than 12 years of guiding the best-practice use of concrete voided slab systems as Vice President of Engineering for the Concrete Reinforcing Steel Institute (CRSI).

Dr. Mota holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Drexel University and B.S., M.S., C.E. degrees from New Jersey Institute of Technology. Mike is a registered professional engineer in 5 states and is honored with ASCE, ACI, AND SEI Fellowships
